Super simple and super delicious! You only need three things: an egg, oats, and a ripe banana!

So how do I make these gems?

First, mash together half of the banana with half a cup of oats, and then combine with egg. If you wish, add cinnamon to give that extra flavour. I won’t lie; this definitely works better if you can be bothered to blend together first. Spray a pan lightly with oil (coconut oil gives it a yummy coconut flavour), pour in batter, and gently cook. Make sure not to have the heat up too high though, or it’ll burn!
