Crispy Spinach ‘Chips’

Remember when kale became the new craze and kale chips were made in abundance? Well, if you want to try something different, why not make spinach chips!
Simply line a baking tray with tinfoil, scatter with baby spinach leaves, sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees C. Optional: to make them tastier, drizzle very lightly with olive oil.

Chickapea Pasta: Product in Review

Everyone loves pasta, and what’s better than when it’s made from simply two ingredients? I tried this gluten-free pasta made from only organic chickpeas and lentils!


Chickapea pasta boasts many advantages, such as being full of protein, nutrients and fibre. What I found made this pasta especially convenient was that it cooked in only 7 minutes, and tasted almost the same as normal pasta. One piece of advice: drain this pasta well after it’s been cooked because it becomes slightly more slippery than normal pasta.

Dijon Mustard Dressing


Perfect for adding to salads or as a dressing for couscous!

In a cup, combine and mix:

– Three teaspoons of dijon mustard

-A glug of olive oil

-Generous amount of white wine/cider vinegar

-Salt and pepper

Put in the fridge and store for next time!
